Sometimes when a youth is in the orphanage – all work towards reunification stops. Such was the case with Altanai.  She came to Jeremiah House and we discovered she had an Aunt that cared about her very much.  Her Aunt is a social worker in another town and has been in touch with her niece and has worked to get her moved in with her.

It has happened.  REUNIFICATION  with family.  This is now the 8th child that our team has been able to get back home to their family!  ALL CHILDREN DESERVE A FAMILY and sometimes it just takes hard work to find then, reconnect with them and help then work through the piles of documents to make this happen.

Today we are rejoicing to know that this young gal is with her Aunt – given a new chance to grow up with someone that wants her, loves her and calls her family!
